Add Next/Previous Buttons to Horizontal News Bar #497

I would really like the option of adding the next/previous buttons to the 
horizontal news bar like the NewsShow bar has. Sorry if this is an easy fix, 
but I have done a lot of research through the forums and have not found any 
results. Here is the link for the two news bars:

Notice how the NewsShow has the Next/Previous buttons, but the NewsBar does not.

Any help is appreciated.
