Allow control of Virtual Keyboard's initial position #529

In the Virtual Keyboard API, please consider providing an option to specify the 
keyboard element's initial position within the containing window.

Either that or provide a way to reposition it after it's created. Like 
associate it with a certain element so it is positioned relative to that 
element instead of the window, as the element can be easily manipulated through 
CSS(p.e)
