Google translate - Access pronounciation from API #553

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use API to translate some text to japanese (for example "hello")
2. Get the answer back
3. Try to get the pronounciation from the answer (in the same example 
"Kon'nichiwa" instead of "こんにちは")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The pronounciation information should be present in the answer from the server, 
but only "こんにちは" is included.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Any translate API v1, v2

Please provide any additional information below.
This is not to retrieve any audio, just a textual representation of the 
pronounciation of a translation.

I would like the api to return audio as well.  Should I start a separate issue?

I need to access phonetics on-line (not necessarily Japanese, English would do) 
and use it in python for lip-synching.
