Romanian language *excluded* from Latin charset #557

Google Font Directory has excluded the Romanian language from the Latin charset.

Here are the steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Use a system without Ubuntu font e.g. Windows XP SP3
2. Go to http://code.google.com/webfonts/preview#font-family=Ubuntu
3. Insert following text: aăâiîsșştțţ
4. Notice that some characters are missing, as seen in screen_capture_1.png
5. Download Ubuntu package font as zip
file<http://code.google.com/webfonts/download?kit=_b1v20lKfu2XPQJag7XDtA>and 
install on local operating system
6. Open favorite text editor and insert the same text: aăâiîsșştțţ
7. Notice how all characters look OK, as seen in screen_capture_2.png

Conclusion: Google Font Directory has stripped from Ubuntu font the
following Latin characters:

A-Breve http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%82
T-Comma http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C8%9A
S-Comma http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C8%98
T-Cedilla http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%C5%A2&redirect=no
S-Cedilla http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%C5%9E&redirect=no

T-Cedilla and S-Cedilla are deprecated but still used in many Romanian web 
sites.

Ubuntu.ro is directly affected by this omission as seen in screen_capture_3.png

Please update this in the next Google Font Directory update.

We need to embed webfonts suporting all romanian diacritics in our websites ...

Please permit some kind of font variants for romanians ...
