Implement Dashboard Activity #1

user view - dashboard section

Using https://github.com/Androguide/HoloGraphLibrary for the bar graph, and bottom will be an ExpandableListView

This is mostly done, just need to fill it with actual data from Parse. Also need to figure out how to set the max-y value of bar graph.
