Use of Bootstrap's tagsinput along with typeahead doesn't work. #166

Hi there! Thank you very much for this great theme.

If we use the bootstrap-tagsinput plugin alongside typeahead as shown in the bootstrap-tagsinput's documentation, the dropdown suggestions do not work. In the site with the examples there is a .tt-menu div (hidden) straight from the beggining which shows once there are some results. In AdminBSB there is no such div.
