Updates the issue tracker link, https://github.com/golang/go/issues/4357 has been closed and the newer proposal is here: https://github.com/golang/go/issues/11939

It was a bit misleading for me, I thought the issue had been closed and omitempty on custom types was no longer a problem :/

Sorry for the confusion, thanks for the PR. Looks like they are finally going to work on it too.
