Force end ad events if ad finishes before duration is up #178

In the case where the ad duration is incorrect (e.g. 20 seconds instead of 19), 
the end ad events are 
never fired. Two issues - tracking is incomplete and the ad notices never 
disappear.

Can the end ad events be fired if the stream completes before the identified 
duration?

What would be better still is to detect the duration automatically and set it 
accordingly, resetting the timing 
events in the process. See if this can be done.
