Support the display of multiple overlay ads in 1 showing with < > buttons to 
flip between them

Note that this is a new feature. It is already possible to serve multiple 
overlays in
the same show stream. One overlay can click to a website, one can click to a 
Video
Ad, etc. See an example at:
