Added GitHub contributors and search commands #58

gitsearch users username- top 10 results and only 1 result if the api responds with 3 or lesser results.

gitsearch repos reponame - same search as for users

contributors - get 5 contributors (shuffled everytime)

Issue #11 already handles this, and we have not quite discussed the implementation yet. I'll close this PR. You can save the code and collaborate with @Shivansh-007 to make sure the GitHub command will be great. Feel free to discuss it in Discussions or in issue #11.
