A different type of a token/wordlist? A challenge?

I try to figure out how to make a token or password list. Can this be done or do I need other software to build a password list?

Problem to be solved:

• [ ] Password is part of a book. So we know the order of the words.
• [ ] But not where the beginning or the ending is.
• [ ] Total lenght of the text is 50 words.
• [ ] Password is Minimum 5 words. Maximum 15 words.
• [ ] Some words are jumping a line with a '-'. Not sure if they are written as 'computer' or 'com-puter' in the password.
• [ ] Some letters are special characters like '@'. Not sure if this is written as 'a' or '@'. Defenetly not as 'A'.
• [ ] Not sure if spaces are included in the password or not.
• [ ] Not sure if capitals and '.' are included in the text.

Example of text:

Btcrecover is an open source Bitcoin wallet pas- sword and seed recovery tool. It is designed for the case where you already know most of your password or seed, but need assistance in trying different possible combinations.

Example of possible passwords:
