decryption of bip38 encrypted private key #485

Hello, Anyone has an idea of how to go about decrypting a paper wallet that I did on bitaddress.org I have the encrypted private key and the password, just don't know how I should do.

I shouldn’t need a hacker because I know the pass phrase I just don’t know how to use it. You know what I mean?

what is your case dear.? if you have the password then you can decrypt it. is your question "how can i permanently remove the passphrase from the paper wallet private key.?"

you can download the electrum in your computer and import the private key. when you import the private key then it will ask for passphrase(password), then give it which you have.thats it.
