How to get it to work on Win7? #3

I cannot get the script to work on my PC. What I did was: Download and install Phyton Download decrypt_bitcoinj_seed-master Right click on install instruc. and ran with PowerShell

But when i x2 click on decrypt_bitcoinj_seed nothing happens.

I also did not understand these steps: Google Protobuf and pylibscrypt for Python I have those downloaded but what do I do with them?
