Unfortunately, this will not work at scale since it still needs access to Reddit's API, their free API rate limit is inadequate, and I am unwilling to pay them a cent.

If you'd like to get it working with your own API key, you can create one here (select "installed app" and install the key here), however I would not expect it to work if shared with others.

Ah, I haven't even noticed that I'm trampling on your API key. Sorry. Please feel free to pull the pull the plug on it, especially if they have your credit card.

Do you feel like doing some good old yarrr and simply using an endpoint they currently use on the public site ( something like https://old.reddit.com/api/morechildren ) and pretend we are old reddit?
