Trying to launch elden ring with ultrawide and seamless coop not working it seems to successfully launch the exe but then immediately crashes I tried python 3.8 through 3.11 with no luck I had it working fine in steam os but in windows it just doesn't work

I have the same issue. Only workaround I found was to start the normal Elden Ring game with er-patcher, then minimize the game with ALT-TAB and then copy the patched eldenring.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game\er-patcher-tmp and replacing the original one in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game. In my case I used these launch parameters: python er-patcher --rate 144 --all -- %command%. This will make the changes permament which might result in a ban if you use it online with the original game.

I'm having the same issue, and I'm hesitant to make the changes permanent as suggested.
