vertical scroll not work on long card #8

If there is a long card with too many description and actions, the vertical scroll bar is missing and cannot scroll with mouse or trackpad

on macOS 12.3.1, Microsoft Edge 100.0.1185.36

I think I will fill a pull request later to fix it.
