add dynamic localisation support #89

@routerino would you please add base for localization support? People from worldwide can add more localization.

I'll give it consideration, but a quick investigation says that it would require significant rework of the application. I'll put it in a solid "maybe if I can find a significant chunk of time" column.

FYI I'll leave this open, but due to competing time problems, additional major features are (demonstrably) few and far between.

ACL support via the UI will be taking precedence.
