I commented out some code here for future use of adding evidence.
As I worked on this, there were a few places I broke work off into separate tickets for the sake of movement. Currently there are no rating fixtures to use in storybook so I want to make sure I am understanding that data correctly.
Questions to be answered here
How are the objectives and ratings linked and should that data just live with the user or be separate? As a placeholder I put all ratings as Mastery which will change once that data has been created.
