-Refactor code that hard-coded in blob/dot experiment -Add code for Paired Square experiment

@vishaalprasad I finally figured out the issue with rejections and a slew of others. I think I've got a handle on the code, and hope to start running results tomorrow evening. Will keep you in the loop to let you know what I'm seeing.
