Our final comparison is between "RL" (computed separately and concatenated by best match) vs. "both" (computed together).

This fixes a couple of bugs and re-enables IC sign flipping, to do this comparison.

They look nice and more informative :-) But I wonder if we should reorder the rows as well in the order of best to worst match scores...? I know you played with the idea already probably, but do you think it'll get too confusing or..?

Yep, working on that one separately. This PR is just for enabling the RL comparisons. Merging!
