Here is the decomposition.py that include Tomoki's fix. It should change the scaling of the resulting components.

BTW I created sfn2016 to add analyses for SfN poster... I will share a google document detailing what I have in mind soon!

Basics look good to me. Curious how the results come out, but I don't have time to run at the moment.
