To run this:
pip install -r requirements.txt --update

Note: once images are downloaded, we can run with mode='offline', which is very fast.

pip install -r requirements.txt --update, to install the updated fetcher.qc.pyto download images. It will be extremely slow, as local filenames changed in the new fetcher, so everything will be downloaded from scratch.Note: once images are downloaded, we can run with
