It would be nice, if Joe Random hacker downloads the optiboot sources, makes
changes, compiles, and distributes a new version, that that version is somehow
distinguishable from the official optiboot releases, even if (especially if!)
Joe doesn't bother to change the version number.
The easiest solution is probably to have a PRODUCTION makefile variable that
defaults to being off, and to hack the version number (105 vs 5, for instance)
when PRODUCTION is not specified.
