Improve PPA

Hello, so happy with that I can use apt to manage this icon theme finally. Though there is still some weakness. First I noticed that after installing this ppa package, there comes many empty directory under "/", such as Dark,Dark',Lubuntu,Lubuntu' ..., Please see below output. One more thing, I am not sure is that a bug or not. .This package takes about 600mb space, which is huge for a icon theme I think

The bugs of installing them on folderroot and 600MB space were caused by the files dirs and install. As Canonical and Launchpad developer has suggested, I will remove these files and readjust and apply only rules. You can see the old files (version 2.0-1): https://github.com/gusbemacbe/suru-plus-pack/tree/master/compile/debian. But the version 2.0-2 is still affected and I will have to remove the files dirs and install.

The next Thursday I will fix all repositories and the PPA.

Does your PPA downloads and updates daily the repository from GitHub, like PKGBUILD does?
