Burmese Language Option #10

I'd like to have Burmese language. I am willing to contribute for the language file. I'd like to know how I can get started for contribution. Thanks!

Hi @pyiso80 , thanks for the contribution offer, it is much welcome. Indeed, any support for Burmese can only depend on someone contributing it, since I have no idea of the language. We also have yet to see if the structure of the package is able to accommodate the language's needs. I hope so, but I'm only acquainted with a handful of Western languages, so I wouldn't be surprised if I could not anticipate something and was caught off-guard. Anyway, I'd be happy to try. But only you can be the guide here.

I can prepare a document which would work mostly for you to "fill in" the relevant values, which I can then bring into the package itself. But it would be easier to do so if we start with a little more information. So, please take a look at \zcDeclareLanguage documentation in the manual, and advise on how its options should be configured for Burmese (declension, gender, and allcaps). It would also be nice if you could provide some examples of how a typical reference should look like. Things like: "figure 1", "tables 2 and 3", "equations 2.1 to 2.6", "chapter 3 and sections 3.2, 3.3, and 3.5" etc. In sum, give me some general idea of the form a typical reference is supposed to have.

Hi @gusbrs, I will try to get a grasp on \zcDeclareLanguage section and get back to you. For typical references in Burmese for "figure 1", "tables 2 and 3" etc., will be provided soon as well.

I'm closing this for inactivity. Feel free to ask for a reopening, in case there's still interest.
