GAE Datastore "implicit transactions" is illogical and contrary to JDO/JPA 
transaction semantics. The user gets unexpected behaviour due to it. If a user 
has a transaction running for PM1, and is doing a non-tx update in PM2 the 
non-tx update is performed within the transaction of PM1. This needs a log 
warning at the least to notify the user of unexpected results
