Don't create List index property in child when using new storage version #275

Now that we are using the new storage version we are storing any Collection in 
the owner object. Means that we don't need to put an "IDX" property in any 
child objects now, yet these are still being added.

SVN trunk now only adds the List index property to the element when using older 
storage versions (and tests updated to match)
