Run server as a lambda function in Cloud #106

Due to the fact that traffic for that app is insanely low (and probably will be low for a couple of years at least), it makes sense to deploy this app as a lambda function instead of having a dedicated VM.

AC:

Server code is deployed to the Cloud
It is accessible through server.kazan.vadimgush.com
