Create simple command-line capture program compatible with PulseView capture format #9

As Sigrok trigger settings are very limited and one of the best features of the device is the complex triggers, a command line capture application that stores results in a compatible format for PulseView could be developed leveraging the better of both systems.

I need to install a Linux in my machine to test it (right now I only have WSL2 and virtual machines and I want to test on a real Linux installation) and I will release the tool.

Also, if someone with a mac can help to test it would be really nice.
