This pull requests merges the PowerfulPermsAPI directly into the main repo as splitting is not needed anymore (not a paid resource anymore).
The project is being split into two modules (PowerfulPerms and PowerfulPermsAPI), so there won't be any internal dependency issues.
This also fixes the build on CircleCI (which is great for simply checking if the build succeeds on other platforms) and this should also fix the issues with jitpack. It might be a good idea to either transfer this project to CheeseSoftware or change the package names to io.github.gustav9797 (which will break the API for current API users).
