Automatically deal with extinct background species in add_species() #52

These are now rescaled to tiny (not eliminated just in case adding further species might make them desirable again). However for efficiency it might be better to actually eliminate them.

They now get removed automatically when their abundance at maturity size falls below a specified fraction of the community abundance, see commit 72939749a4d2570d75a4c485dac391acb90521a1
