Speed comparison to old code #88

Asta has claimed that the old pre-mizer code was three times faster than the current mizer code. That of course requires investigation.

The issue is resolved: when run at the same time step size then the mizer code is faster than the old code, as expected. Running the North Sea model for 500 years with time step 1 and 100 size bins took the old code 5.4 seconds and mizer 3.6. However when run with a more appropriate 400 size bins the old code took 70 seconds and mizer 9.5 seconds.
