Create pdf vignette from website #95

It will be a pain to maintain the pdf vignette and the website separately. So it would be nice if the vignette could be created from the articles on the website. In principle it is possible to combine the articles and render to pdf using the method described at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25824795/how-to-combine-two-rmarkdown-rmd-files-into-a-single-output . However the result does not look perfect and the cross-linking does not work. A better option is to wait for the resolution of https://github.com/r-lib/pkgdown/issues/853
