how to extract all Segments Table L2R #18

Is possible to save directly all the L2R segment table (as they show up in the report.html , Cytoband, CN status) I can only find the option to export the csv/excell from the report.html manually. the L2R file in the output folder are not complete (missing some column from the Report)

Hi Alessandro, It is currently possible using the EaCoN::Annotate() function from a post-segmentation RDS. However, it does only support homo_sapiens species at the moment. There is still a missing file actually, which is the annotated BAF segments table (planned in a future update). Cheers !
