Hi @CS-GustaveRoussy any suggestions on how to convert usual vcf (https://samtools.github.io/hts-specs/VCFv4.2.pdf) to ICGC-like vcf?

for "ICGC-like vcf", you intend SSM format ?

@mdeloger yes please, simple somatic mutations (SSM)
