I wish this could be ported for NGINX web engine.

you could write a plugin for https://github.com/rackerlabs/ohai-plugins + http://satori.readthedocs.org/en/latest/

I am in a team working on an open-source tool that allows you to go discover anything you want using these plugins + ohai.

It is not ready, but coming. So no thank you. No nginx analysis engine to be written.
