Look into duplex child process #7

In my current take on this project I used mafintosh/fwd-stream to solve the same problem. I didn't find this issue until after I had started, but I'll make sure to evaluate if this module is a better fit.

Oh, this is totally unrelated to my comment above. I was thinking of this module, https://www.npmjs.com/package/duplex-stream which @papandreou mentioned that he talked to you about using last fall.
