Yes, it should work on Fedora at least. I haven't tried it on CentOS/RedHat, but it has very few dependencies that should exist on most distros, so I guess it'll work.
I haven't tried to build one, mainly because I couldn't install it from sources on Fedora <= 29. However someone installed it on Fedora 31, so maybe we're compatible and I should try to build one again.

1) Will opensnitch-1.0.0rc9-1.x86_64.rpm run on Fedora (or / and CendOS ) ?
2) I don't see python3-opensnitch-ui_1.0.0rc9-1_all.rpm will there be one ?
