Refer to Jupyter Notebook examples in README #3

Hello @gustavochm ,

thanks for sharing phasepy! It seems very interesting. I found out you have many examples that are not mentioned in README, so I suggest to add a small mention.

Could you also share your intentions for the future of phasepy? Are you developing this or just maintaining? Any interest in expanding method set, e.g. PSRK and/or VTPR? Thanks!

Hey @tkeskita. I really appreciate your suggestions. The README will be updated.

I developed Phasepy for fluid mixtures phase equilibria and interfacial behavior modeling. This has been accomplished, so far, with classical cubic EoS. As for PSRK and VTPR I can tell you are already included! Phasepy includes some free parameters of modified UNIFAC (Dortmund) and can be used with any cubic EoS (PR, RK, RKS) with MHV o Wong-Sandler mixing rules (See this example. . Volume translated version of any cubic EoS are also available setting volume_translation=True when you set your model (See this example).

Future intentions are to include molecular based EoS!
