Improve styling #16

Current style is, as the old ones used to say, hot garbage.

Add responsiveness pls(this will remove VIEWPORT_WIDTH and VIEWPORT_HEIGHT)

Semi completed by commit ef338d4. Responsiveness has been added, but maps, by design, aren't able to be made responsive through HTML changes. Bootstrap has been added to an extend, but improvements are still able to be made. Finally, layout has been changed to give a bigger focus to the map, with the charts viewable below it.
