Setup the dev environment #16

Thomas created the dev environment in his home. We have there RPi B+, target SDR and simple antenna. We need now to install software for tests.

Regarding installing OS, I've used https://gitlab.com/librespacefoundation/satnogs/satnogs-pi-gen/-/releases#2019091100.

In principle, it should be possible to run GUI stuff remotely. Try ssh -X ... command. Forwarding X windows should work assuming you're connecting from a machine that has working X server.
