The latest schedule is available in the draft of the final report. I think we can close this issue. @slawek ?

Doc updated. I remove the tables with description. They are replaced with single timetable. @thomson could you review it and assign people to tasks? I fill it with currently assigned members, but I need your decision for further tasks.
I update also the Gantt chart:
Now the finish day is 24.11, but I don't include Thomas' travels.

Do we want to limit the number of sats we expect to receive transmissions from to just one? That doesn't make much sense and actually increases chance of failure.
Agree. Unfortunately, this is a prof. Moszyński's requirement, so we have to choose one satellite (although officially)

Thanks for preparing the Gantt chart.
I think we can decrease the analysis part for mission objectives to a week or two at most.
Do we want to limit the number of sats we expect to receive transmissions from to just one? That doesn't make much sense and actually increases chance of failure. If we choose an antenna that is not well suited to specific frequency, or the sat gets into a phase that does not fly over Gdansk (or flies low over horizon), we'll be out of luck. How about we pick a primary target and a long list of backup sats?
There's also a need to do the software integration (how to use all of those software pieces together).

I prepare the Gantt diagram for our project with my own, optimistic estimations.
As you can look we must ASAP choose the main satellite and the antenna and order the components before
end of the October.
I think that we should also start now to learn how to use the SDR. I think that we don't need a ready antenna and SDR, but we can use our laptops and cheap SDR dongle. Maybe we don't receive satellites, but receive radio or fly messages is possible.

I prepare formal document for prof. Moszyński with timetable. I attach it here and I send to you access to Google Docs with edit rights. stacjasatelitarna-_harmonogram.pdf
I update also Gantt chart. You can look that main risk is delivery time of antenna. Also if we will need LNA then it may to delay the project too.

We need to choose the right computer hardware to run the software to drive the project.
Tomek has Raspberry Pi 2+ and is more than glad to donate it. Is this sufficient? Do we need a newer model?
CORRECTION: It's B+, not 2+.
