Display observations on map #16

We may to display places of all observations on the world map. Our users will be able to see the observations are made. The markers on the map may be different depending on the number of stations or number of observations (in all time or last time).

Cesium allows adding extra tiles. Projecting the images on a globe would be super cool. That requires doing gut-space/satnogs#27 first, though.

Yeah, but all our observations are in the same location now.
