Ability to upload to satnogs #29

I think we may consider having recipes for uploaders, roughly similar to what we have now. The current code could be aquarius-upload and we could add satnogs-upload for uploading the results to SATNOGS project. In the future users may want to upload to their private FTP dropbox etc.
