After well over a year of operation, it's probably time to better organize the server data repository. Here are the problems:
[ ] all observations are stored in a single dir. It's difficult to work with if there's 3500 files in a single dir.
[ ] the filenames are random and meaningless.
[ ] the files are not sorted when viewing
The situation improved a bit, because #45 changed the filename on the station from UUID to timestamp+sat name. This is unique on the station side, but it's not enough for the server. Perhaps adding station id at the end would ensure the uniqueness?
I think we should split the receptions to separate dirs, e.g. based on year or month. If it's a month, the format should ensure sorting, e.g. 2021-05.
