Add HTML5/EPUB3 audio in 0.13 #214

HTML5 and EPUB3 support embedded sound files via the audio element. PG currently offers >10,000 OGG files and >38,000 MP3 files for download, without a corresponding UI, such as would be provided by the HTML5/EPUB3 audio element.

This issue is for tracking work on the audio element as part of Ebookmaker 0.13.

here is a zipped alpha epub3 from 0.13. Note that submitted htm file included css to hide the mp3 link in ebookmaker produced EPUB3 files, so CSS was added to unhide the audio element. The Art of Music @7c Project Gutenberg-images-epub3 2.epub.zip
