Hard to know what Facebook wanted, but "no more information is collected than is typically collected in server logs by websites in general" sounds weaselly in today's context. Same with "is intended to be anonymous".
Not sure the reference to pglaf and mirror sites is useful; unfortunately "self.gutenberg.org" is riddled with advertising trackers, so we can't say too much about other websites.
The paragraph on contributors made it sound like PG includes user-generated content and used words that are counter to European directives in particular.
