Accomodate messages from sources not having a ICAO number #12

How to accomodate sources not providing ICAO number e.g. Primary radar, Mode AC, FLARM etc.

Because of Primary Radar (PSR) who only get range/azimuth/time data (translated in lat/lon/time), the mandatory fields can only be: trafficSource latDD lonDD

Added new Mandatory fields section and to accommodate for sensors that do not have ICAO number querying capability.
