Please consider bumping up default version on Github and pip #53

  1. On Github, default branch is 0.1.x, see: image

  2. pip installs v0.1.1 by default image

Both of these factors make it difficult to know that pyNES is long past its 0.1.x days. So, consider updating default versioning information on both Github and pip
