Hmmm, did it spawn during the bake or from the preview? During the bake it won't exit until it finishes current tile (abruptly terminating it seemed to crash the driver sometimes, so it's how it works now). Using very large tile size can keep it running for longer after cancelling. But it's weird this one doesn't seem to be doing anything... would be interesting to find a way to reproduce it.
I'll keep an eye out, I'll lower the tile size, where is that setting?
It's visible if you have advaned/experimental settings, otherwise named as GPU Priority: https://geom.io/bakery/wiki/index.php?title=Manual#Tile_size Default value of 512 gives the safest balance (IMO) between performance and single job time.
